Your Empties Can Help Our Animals

Did you know your 5 cent returnables can make a huge difference in the lives of our shelter animals?

Through our local partnership with Stop & Shop Alleyway Redemption Center you can drop off your New York State redeemable bottles and cans for deposit and they will directly benefit HAHS! You can either bring your empties to the shelter and place them in our bins located in our parking lot OR take them directly to Stop & Shop Alleyway Redemption Center located at 40 Brickman Ln, Hornell NY, and ask that they be donated to HAHS!

PLEASE NOTE:

• Containers must have a New York refund label to be redeemed.
• Make sure all cans and bottles are empty and bags are double-tied so cans & bottles don’t fall out.
• Please separate glass bottles so they don’t break. Once crushed, they are not redeemable!
